| If you need to open a fuel tax account, we can do this filing for you. This is the agreement between the United States and Canada to simplify the reporting of fuel used by motor carriers operating in more than one state. An IRP Account must be set-up before the State will issue an IFTA Account. We can set your account up for you. This is required if your Gross Vehicle Weight will be 26,001 pounds or more. You must make quarterly reportings of how many miles and how many gallons of fuel you purchase in each state that you operate in. |
